The 77th Richest Country In The World

"In March 1999, a small number of Californians discovered a new world called Norrath, populated by an exotic but industrious people. About 12,000 people call this place their permanent home, although some 60,000 are present there at any given time. The nominal hourly wage is about USD 3.42 per hour, and the labors of the people produce a GNP per capita somewhere between that of Russia and Bulgaria. A unit of Norrath's currency is traded on exchange markets at USD 0.0107, higher than the Yen and the Lira. The economy is characterized by extreme inequality, yet life there is quite attractive to many. The population is growing rapidly, swollen each each day by hundreds of emigres from various places around the globe, but especially the United States. Perhaps the most interesting thing about the new world is its location. Norrath is a virtual world that exists entirely on 40 computers in San Diego. Unlike many internet ventures, virtual worlds are making money( with annual revenues expected to top USD 1.5 billion by 2004)and if network effects are as powerful here as they have been with other internet innovations, virtual worlds may soon become the primary venue for all online activity." (Abstract from Virtual Worlds by Edward Castronova)

The first paper published on the phenomenon of virtual economies was published in 2001 by Edward Castronova (the abstract from that paper is quoted above).

Edward Castronova was at that time a welfare economist (a saddeningly unpopular profession), a professor at Fullerton in California and living alone (his wife worked in another city). Needless to say, he was bored and dissatisfied. To pass the time Castronova started playing Everquest. Castronova soon noticed the games buslting internal economy. Virtual goods where generated by the players various in game activities (most often killing of animals/creatures that roamed Norrath's landscape) and traded between players in virtual marketplaces. Things didn't get interesting until Castronova noticed player auctions. People who tired of the game were selling off their characters on sites like ebay, people also sold items and virtual currency (in this case, "platinum pieces"). Everquest items had real-world value.

People where paying cold hard cash for ones and zeros.

Castronova gathered information from 616 auctions, noting how much each item was sold for in US dollars. After calculating the exchange rates, he discovered that and EverQuest platinum piece was worth about 1 US cent. At that time higher than the Japanese yen or the Italian lira (these exchange rates are no longer accurate, but the idea remains the same). With this figure in mind, Castronova went back to crunching numbers to figure out how quickly the Everquest economy was growing. EverQuest players where generating incomes every second they were in the game, killing monsters, skinning animals, using their "skills" to produce goods and services. He found that the average player for an hour in game, produces about 319 platinum pieces, which meant that the hourly wage for playing EverQuest was about $3.42 (higher than the minimum wage in most countries.) In 2001 the GDP for EverQuest was about $2,266 U.S. per capita.

EverQuest was the 77th richest country in the world, and it didn't even exist.

Castronova soon published his research in a paper entitled Virtual Worlds: A First Hand Account of Market and Society on the Cyberian Frontier "I thought maybe seventy-five people would read it," he recalls, "and that'd be great." (The Walrus). Instead of 75 people reading the paper, thousands did. People where discussing it on blogs and forums, politicians and economists where clamoring to read it, and it soon became the most downloaded paper from the Social Science Research Network (where it was published).

To most people, this is worthy of a sidways glance and a shoulder shrug. To economists, this is an exciting new era.
The problem with studing economics is that there is no controlled study, there is no test group, there is no perfect market. Economists hypothesize about imaginary markets where everyone is rational and informed and starts off equal. The problem is that people are not always rational, they do not always act in their best economic interest, and all things are not equal. Some people are born very rich, some very poor, some get ivy leauge educations, some get high school educations. Karl Marx argues that capitol is the problem with most markets, Adam Smith argues that people prefer free markets and the ability to excell. But there is no way of difinitively testing these theories.

The beautiful thing about these virtual economies, is that everyone does start off equal. Everyone starts off with a level 1 character, no money, no skills and no items but the clothes on your back. EverQuest and games like it present a true meritocracy, and look to economists how a lab full of equipment and a petri dish full of cells must look to a geneticist.
The game developers role does not end when it puts out the game. They cannot just leave it to the "free market" and hope everyone lives happily ever after. Game developers make more money the more people who play the game. They sell the software, they charge the monthly subscription fees. So it is important for them to keep the game interesting and exciting and worth playing to players old and new. And the one thing players want the most is a fair game, or at least the illusion of a fair game.

Developers face such issues as controlling in-game inflation rates, deciding the "fair" prices that the NPC mercants are going to buy items for, deciding how many rare items to make. If a spool of thread costs two gold, and a tailor can turn it into a shirt worth twenty gold, is that a profit margin that is fair or makes sense? Is everyone going to become a tailor to exploit this, and hence ruin the economy of the game?

When most people buy deck furniture, they usually don't give much thought as to the style. People tend to buy what they can afford. As long as it is functional, it's fine for them. However, if you want deck furniture that you can take pride in, if you want accessories that add style and sophistication and if you want deck furniture your guests will fawn over, you should definitely choose wrought iron patio furniture.

Many Styles To Choose From

On Microsoft (MSFT)

Microsoft is a difficult situation for me to evaluate. I think the company still has a lot of growth ahead in some areas. But, that depends on where management wants to take it.

There are three core businesses that are already well developed: Windows, Office, and Servers.

The moat in the first two are wide. The Windows moat is huge.

The business model in operating systems is great. You keep upgrading every few years; the hardware needn't progress for you to find things to tweak and get people to buy the next step up. It's insanely profitable.

I think the new launch (Vista) will be bigger than people expect (eventually) in how it allows for cross selling other Microsoft products (but we'll see about that). I expect the press to be very negative at least until well after the launch, because there will always be some bugs and delays.

Games

Eventually, video games will be a big business for Microsoft. I hate the economics of the console business, but love the economics of the publishing (and development) side of things.

I'm sorry to see that Microsoft didn't use its cash pile to buy up an established business here (publishers were cheap in the market a few years ago; an all cash deal would have worked well. Now, everyone thinks video games will be the next big thing).

The console wars are going well for Microsoft. The two keys to establishing a dominant console are launching first and getting good games on your platform. We'll see how Sony (SNE) does this round, but I expect them to be the big loser.

Nintendo may surprise here. I think the Xbox 360 and Nintendo's new console (Wii) will do very well. It'll be interesting to see the breakdown of the consoles in both the domestic and foreign markets. I think Sony may still be strong overseas, but could be in a much poorer position at the end of this round than they were with the PS2.

Search

Long-term I am optimistic about search. I think Google's position is much weaker than most people think. I don't think Microsoft will be the only one to benefit here.

Search is a very natural cross sell with Windows. That's the direction everything seems to be headed in (combining online and desktop search). For future growth in terms of market share I think Microsoft is in a better position than either Yahoo (YHOO) or Google (GOOG).

I also think we might see a couple other (largely unknown) search engines gain some share.

I think Google's strength is its brand. Its dominance helps with advertisers more than users. I don't think it has a lock on users. Also, I think Google has been poorly positioned for doing much of anything outside of keyword search.

I expect to see a lot more in the way of intelligent, social search inspired stuff. Years from now, much of search will have to be helping you find what you didn't know you wanted to find.

Google is dominant in a different business: helping you find what you know you want to find (but don't know the name / location). The two types of search are very different. Both will be important, but the growth in other forms of search will be coming off a smaller base and will likely integrate with keyword search. Google has the most to lose here.

Other Devices

Microsoft wants to perform well on mobile devices and on your TV. Compared to competitors it is very strong in these respects.

The strategy seems to be the one I would favor - to control the point of initial contact wherever software is used and then to only venture into the actual application or content side of the business where it is highly profitable to do so. In video games it will be highly profitable. In other areas it is less likely to be very profitable.

I expect to see more generic, web-based applications. These will be less profitable for everyone. Office should hold up well, but not as well as Windows. Basically, Microsoft needs to take what it has in PCs and import that to TVs, Handheld Devices, Consoles, and the Web.

That should be the strategy. I think that is the strategy. These aren't unrelated businesses that need to be broken up to unlock creativity (as some have suggested). Rather, the profit potential for each is greatly enhanced by being part of Microsoft. If you take these pieces apart they are worth very little. There would only be the three businesses I started off talking about and the console / games business.

Internationally, there is going to be natural growth for Microsoft's dominant businesses. It won't be a tremendous growth rate, but it will be strong and will require virtually no additional investment to secure.

Obsolescence Issues

Overall, I like the future for software a lot more than hardware, because the marginal gains in the quality of hardware will slow greatly in the years ahead.

The question isn't what can be done mathematically in terms of increasing specs; it's what that translates to for the user. We are reaching a point where the individual user will not directly see the benefits of increased hardware performance as clearly as he did in the past.

Much of the research that goes in to this area will only serve to bring down prices and benefit memory intensive businesses - it will not provide as much of a "wow" factor for the user anymore.

This is especially true in games. The situation in desktop applications is already such that improving the software design is where most gains will come from.

Computing power is simply not a scarce resource for most individuals sitting at home or in a cubicle. Advances will benefit some users a lot and will trickle down to the end user (often via the web) through fast responses and cheap services. But, that's a barely noticeable change.

You'll see something here akin to the kind of thing you see in the brokerage business. It won't be obvious, because price competition will never be as great in software.

Generally, you'll just see the prices for doing anything electronically come down. That's very different from what we've seen over the last few decades, where you also had advancements that attracted new users, because they allowed developers to do something differently, not just more cheaply.

This is a very long-term trend I'm worried about. It could weigh heavily on a business like Dell (DELL), because PCs are actually quite durable; once the rate of obsolescence slows, sales will have to slow as the cycle lengthens.

Management

I think Microsoft's management is absolutely the best in the business. In fact, I think it's one of the best in any business.

It would be hard for me to find more than a handful of people I'd rather have managing a business I was part owner of. I also think the current arrangement is a good one.

There is enough of a line between current operations and future investments in the Chairman / CEO split that investors will probably get the greatest benefit from the brilliance of the Chairman this way.

Everyone underestimates Bill Gates. It's easy, because his great triumph came some time ago now. But, he's interested in building something lasting. I trust him more than anyone in tech without a question. He always impresses me whether he's talking about his own industry or some other topic. He has exactly the right kind of mind for someone running a business where the long-run is such a concern.

Qualitatively, I think Microsoft scores close to perfectly. I could cite the profitability stats, but I won't, because you know they're better than almost any other business on the planet - and that's with a huge siphoning off of resources to investments in the future that aren't required to maintain the cash cow, wide-moat Windows franchise.

Valuation

Valuation is a bit more troubling. Microsoft is not at the point on an EV/EBIT basis where I'd be buying the stock if there was a risk of no extraordinarily profitable growth in the future. In other words, at the current price, it clearly makes for a bad bond.

The key is earnings growth. I think you have to believe MSFT will have a real future in search, games, and non-PC devices that will fuel future, highly profitable growth.

I think that future is there. As far as a truly large cap stock (say $10 billion or more) it's about as attractive as anything on the planet right now - and certainly it's the most attractive stock of any very large U.S. business. Even though Intel (INTC) and Dell are cheap looking, I don't like them nearly as much. Dell is an interesting situation, but I don't understand the business well enough.

I have a better idea of where MSFT is headed - and I like it.

Conclusion

I don't own shares of MSFT. I won't be buying any either. I don't normally own such large stocks. I prefer much smaller businesses, because the mispricings tend to get more out of whack. You aren't going to see MSFT trade at an EV/EBIT of 7.5 or something like that, but you do sometimes get those chances in small (high quality) businesses.

There are a lot of chances to find wild mispricings without much of the future being a concern. Those are the situations I prefer to invest in, because businesses like MSFT have an awfully large anchor with the amount of capital they've got - plus, they tend to be less likely to be wildly mispriced.

However, if I had to own one business with a market cap of more than $10 billion and hold it for a lifetime I would buy Microsoft here without hesitation.

A Snowboard Helmet Can Save Your Life

A lot of people claim to be able to slide around on the hills without wearing a snowboard helmet. Of course, it's possible, but there is no circumstance under which it should be acceptable. There are all sorts of incidents in which a snowboard helmet can save your life and all sorts of incidents in which not wearing one can cost it.

You should never gamble with your life based on not wanting to look anything less than cool, so wear a snowboard helmet and let safety be your top concern as you tackle new snowboarding adventures all over your favourite mountain. Saving your life is far more important than aesthetic value.

Snowboarding headgear does not need to be uncool by any extent, though, as there are plenty of helmets that look great and add a tremendously cool vibe to your entire gear setup. Get ready to wow people on the slopes with your helmet as you cruise down the mountain with your new flashy helmet.

Not only are you not protected, but look a lot better because you can hide that inevitable problem hair that comes with the blowback from the hill. There are tons of designs that you can look at to make your headgear look great and make your snowboard helmet the epitome of cool safety greatness on the snowboard hill.

Getting Geared Up

Snowboarding is considered an extreme winter sport by the governing bodies of sport in most of the countries of the world. It is considered dangerous in most instances, despite being located on normal mountains and not necessarily bound to exotic locations in the middle of nowhere.

The sport of snowboarding has evolved beyond that of extreme sport for most people and families are now taking to the hill to snowboard with the skiers. All the more reason, say the experts, to wear a snowboard helmet at all times when you are out on the slopes. You can never have too much protection.

A lot of people you may be snowboarding with will not know all of the basics, including the basic snowboard stance, and could create a lot of havoc for you on the hill.

For this reason, you need to be prepared with the right safety equipment and the right gear including your trusty snowboard helmet. Without it, you could be risking a lot for yourself and even more for other people on the hill. Always be prepared.

Different Kinds of Web Hosting

There are several different kinds of Web Hosting that is hosting your web page on one of their servers. What are the different kinds? There are several different kinds of Web Hosting.

Free Web Hosting Service -- A free web hosting service is a service in which it is free. No cost to you. No Money or Credit Cards needed. Most free web services support themselves by attaching advertisements to your page in the form of banners, texts-links and/or pop-ups. The majority of free hosting services assign sub-domain names such as (janedoe.forexample.com) or sub-directory like (www.forexample.com/janedoe) Some disadvantages are that you receive little bandwidth, advertisements, no guarantee of uptime, and doesn't allow some file types.

Shared Web Hosting Service

Shared Web Hosting Service can also be called virtual hosting. This is a situation where there are multiple domains hosted on the same physical server and all share the same IP address or a set of IP addresses.

Reseller Web Hosting

Reseller Web Hosting is a setup that involves you selling hosting as a reseller to your own customers. The Parent Hosting company then receives a portion of the hosting proceeds back to it.

Virtual Dedicated Server

Although there are companies who may call this shared hosting, it's true setup is where there are multiple domains on a series of machines not sharing an IP address, and many times the web master has shell access.

Dedicated Hosting Service

Dedicated hosting is setup for one domain for one and it's own set of IP addresses. This is the most common high-end host.

Managed Hosting Service

Managed Hosting involves a web site hiring a company to manage it's servers and to also manage the day to day routine of doing maintenance of the site like backups of the databases and it's cache files.

Co-location Web Hosting Service

The website owner would purchase a server and rent a spot in the rack location for the server to sit. They would then rent a block of bandwidth and a block of IP addresses to server their web hosting needs. This is often interwoven with Managed Hosting Services at the Co-location Web Hosting Service. This can be often times the most cost effective over a long span of time.

Clustered Hosting

This is the coupe' de gras of hosting. The end all to beat all. The Clustered hosting solution is for monster sites like MSN, Google, Yahoo, etc. In the most extreme cases, a company may opt for this, however it might think at this point to hiring it's own IT department and in house Servers.

Whatever hosting type your site needs, be sure to do a little background check on the company and try to talk to at least 2 of it's current or past customers. Also think about payment options and lastly about your needs.

Hitman: Blood Money Cheats for Xbox 360

One of the hottest games currently out for the Xbox 360 is the game Hitman: Blood Money. This is a gruesome first person shooter where you are tasked with taking out individuals. You earn money along the way and pick-up goods as you go forward. This game is quickly becoming a classic in the Genre.

Playing first person shooters is either your style or not. This shooter pits you as a Hitman roaming the city completing the task of taking out your marks. To play this game without cheats can be a total blast literally.

However adding a few cheats to your arsenal will make the speed with which you can complete this game extraordinary. You can wow your friends with the Hitman:Blood Money rate of completion or the leveling that you can achieve.

The first cheat that is extremely popular with this game is fairly straightforward. As with any game of this genre money is key to your game playing enjoyment. Gaining money is even more important. So follow the brief outline below to achieve this cheat:

First complete any level as poorly as you can collecting as little money along the way as possible. The goal is to complete the level but not achieve an effective high score.

Save the game at the completion of this level. Now go back and play the level a 2nd time. This time do all that you can to collect as much gold along the way as possible. Immediately before escaping the level create a save point.

Now the fun begins your new account balance will be shown. Which is your previous account balance plus the difference in your earnings for the second game play.

At the mission review screen press the B button and return to the first of the mission review shots. Next press the Y button. You will be prompted that your progress will be lost. This is the glitch in the game that you have been searching for in reality your money level will not be affected. So replay the level again collecting money as much as possible.

Play all the way through to the mission review screen and repeat the B to Y button presses until you are satisfied that your bank account is sufficient to carry on. This is effectively an infinite source of money for your account as you can continue to repeat the level and earn money.

Finally a cheat to get past that pesky limited saves. If you have ever become frustrated because the Hitman: Blood Money game doesn't have unlimited saves look no further.

The game actually does have an unlimited save feature, it just isn't listed as such to the normal user. When you are saving during a mission simply press the Start button prior to the save completing. This will not harm your save but your saves will not increment so that you now have the ability to complete the levels in normal and expert mode without the fear of running out of saves.

These are just a few of the cheats that I have used in playing Hitman: Blood Money. This is an absolutely fabulous game that can keep you entertained for hours. Enjoy the cheats and the game.

How to Get Started Reselling for Fun and More Importantly Profit

Reselling is at the base of our entire sales economy. Think about that for a moment. How many people do you know that actually sell products made by their own hands? In most cases, you purchase your products from someone who has bought them from someone else with the intent of reselling them for a profit. In the world of online marketing, though, resale and reseller rights take on a special meaning and its one that can make you a healthy living.

What is Reseller Marketing?
Reselling is the business of purchasing a product that you can then sell over and over for 100% of the profit. The typical resale product is intellectual property articles, e-books and downloadable software. Once youve acquired resale rights (also called reseller rights), youre free to sell the words over and over, with no royalties or residuals paid to the original maker of the property.

In other words, if you purchase the resale rights to an e-book about body language for $225, you are then free to sell that content over and over to others. If you sell each copy for $10, then youll be making a $5 profit on your investment when you sell your 23rd copy and $10 pure profit for every e-book that you sell after that.

How to Get Started with a Reseller Business
1.Acquire reseller rights to a product.
The single most important aspect of your business aside from your own work and skills, of course is the product that you choose to sell. I strongly recommend starting small no more than five products so that you can focus your attention on marketing each one successfully. There are a number of different avenues for finding products to resell, from scouring the web to find the cream of the crop to commissioning a writer or programmer to create one just for you.

Be clear exactly what rights you are purchasing. Reseller rights give you the right to sell the product and keep 100% of the profit. Master reseller rights give you the right to sell the product AND resell your reseller rights.

2.Create a showcase to sell your product.
Some products meant for resale will come packaged with sales copy, including email text, copy for a web site even the HTML for a sales website. Whether it does or not, youll need a showcase for your product a website that includes a compelling sales letter, testimonials and whatever it takes to move people to purchase the product youre selling, and a business web hosting account with SSL for order transactions.

If youve done affiliate marketing, this may all sound familiar. In fact, the principals are very similar except that youll get the full profit on what you sell rather than a percentage of the sale.

3.Get yourself set up with a payment method to collect payment.
Youll need a merchant account in order to accept credit cards for your merchandise. Some of those that will bill for you include:
2checkout (www.2checkout.com)
Paypal (www.paypal.com)
CCBill (www.ccbill.com for credit cards and EFTs)
ePassporte (www.epassporte.com)
Stormpay (www.stormpay.com)
Greenzap (www.greenzap.com)

4.Get out there and market your product.
Its nave to think that all you have to do is put your web site up and people will beat a path over the information highway. Youll need to do some serious marketing. Search engines, article directories, forum posing, emailed newsletters and affiliate marketing will all help you to launch your new business with a bang.

Hardwood Floor Refinishing - The Simple Facts!

I don't know about you but I love polished floorboards. They look so shinny and clean and go with any decor. They are easy to clean and do not house dust like carpet does. Now with saying this it doesn't mean that you never need to maintain your beautiful floor. Even for the best of us there will come a time for hardwood floor refinishing and that is not something I look forward to at all.

You have to move every piece of furniture out then either hire someone who knows what he is doing or you can yourself sand the floor and revarnish it. This can take a few days and the smell is not so good to live with. But once it has been done you will absolutely love your new floor. Many people do this every year but most like myself wait until it sends me crazy to look at and then I send my husband crazy by nagging him and then we save the money and then we go ahead with some hardwood floor refinishing.

Of course it really does not need to be done every year but I think some people just like it to look one hundred percent all the time. If you have floors like this you can use some mats to break up the space and save some of your floor space from becoming damaged. You can however minimalise damage by not moving furniture around too often or having felt or rubber placed under the legs or feet of your furniture to stop scratching. Try not to have the sun shine too often on your floor as this can discolor and when you want to move some furniture you will see the difference.

Animals can be destructive also as they scratch the boards when they run and slide. Another thing to be wary of is high- healed stilettos. These can dent the boards as well. When you wash your floor make sure you do not use any harsh chemicals or detergents, as this will lift the varnish prematurely. If you use these precautions and take care you will lower the need to do hardwood floor refinishing.

Now you may be thinking wow are floors like these any good. Well I am here to tell you yes they are. Especially if you have an asthmatic in the home. By not having carpet you are lowering dust and dust mites dramatically. This in itself is a great reason to have floors such as these. Plus if you have a home with carpet already and you need a change then it is usually cheaper to pull the carpet up and polish the existing boards underneath.

This type of flooring is also a very natural looking style and gives your home a very warm and comfortable look. Just about
any style of decor from classic to contempary will go nicely with polished boards.

Top 10 Premature Ejaculation Myths Uncovered!

Are you sick and tired of the pressure that you put on yourself because of your premature ejaculation problem? It may not be as bad as you think. Men try to follow some type of public stigma that we are supposed to be sex machines! You can stop holding your breath as I'm about to blow the lid on the top 10 myths surrounding premature ejaculation and the sexual society that we find ourselves in today...

Overcome Premature Ejaculation Myth 1: Your penis is your most powerful sex organ

Reality --> Your mind is your most powerful sex organ, and your skin is your largest one!

Yes it's true for both men and women. The mind is your most powerful sex organ. This explains the mystery of all those mornings you woke up after a 'wet dream' wondering "wow, how did that happen?"

Overcome Premature Ejaculation Myth 2: 'Real men' have sex frequently

Reality --> Men have sex less often than they're boasting to their friends.

Sometimes men lie about sex. Often they lie about how frequently they're 'doing it'. I want to stress that you shouldn't compare your sex life and performance to others, when it comes to breaking down this myth it is necessary to look at how often other couples have sex.

Overcome Premature Ejaculation Myth 3: A 'real man' can last all night long

Reality --> Between 2 and 7 minutes is 'average.'

This myth would have a man believing that if he is not capable of maintaining a rock hard erection and performing all night (the equivalent of a sexual miracle), he is an incompetent lover.

Overcome Premature Ejaculation Myth 4: The man is responsible for his partners' orgasm

Reality --> Partners should take responsibility for their own sexual pleasure.

Men who try and live up to this myth are termed 'sexual performers' by therapists. They are more likely to fall victim to impotency, premature ejaculation, and other sex related problems.

Overcome Premature Ejaculation Myth 5: Men are always ready and willing to perform on command

Reality --> Men vary as greatly in their need for sex as women do

This myth surrounding male sexual prowess has continued over the centuries, and would have us believing that a man can get an erection - and be ready to perform immediately, at any time, in response to the smallest flirtation or hint of seduction from a woman.

Overcome Premature Ejaculation Myth 6: Men need a fully erect penis to satisfy a woman

Reality --> Only 1 in 5 women will ever reach orgasm through penetrative sex alone - no matter HOW long you can go for or how hard it is!

With the more recent introduction and prevalence of impotence drugs such as Viagra, this is myth looks set to becoming even more ingrained in our culture. This is in spite of research which now tells us only 1 in 5 women are able to orgasm through penetrative intercourse alone.

Overcome Premature Ejaculation Myth 7: A man's erection defines his masculinity

Reality --> It's 'normal' to experience erectile dysfunction

Statistics tell us that by age 40, around 90% of men will have experienced some form of erectile dysfunction. It is therefore considered 'normal' for a man to experience this from time to time.

Overcome Premature Ejaculation Myth 8: Intercourse is the only way to make love

Reality --> Intercourse is just one way to make love

I have touched on this briefly in some of the other myths, however it does deserve a special mention also because at some level we (men and women) are all programmed to believe that penetrative intercourse is the ultimate outcome of any sexual encounter.

Overcome Premature Ejaculation Myth 9: Having good sex comes naturally

Reality --> We have to learn and re-learn how to please our partner(s).

The desire for sex is instinctive and a natural response in our bodies. However, what we do about this instinct is learned through society and culture and our attitudes and beliefs about sex.

Overcome Premature Ejaculation Myth 10: Everyone else has a wonderful sex life

Reality --> We all have problems at some stage

While reported figures will always be subjective, research tells us over 70% of Americans who remain sexually active, have had a problem in his or her sex life or relationship at some point in their lives.

Now you have blown the lid on some commonly held myths that we are led to believe. You can relieve much of the anxiety that you may feel right now and start taking some more confident steps in the right direction.

Booked Your Late Deal Package Holidays, Research The Resort In 1 Hour On-Line

If you are anything like me, you wait for the last minute cheap flights or package holiday deals.

Problem is they usually fly out the next day or the day after.

I tend to go 1 week 3 times a year so to make the most of it I need to research the location so I know what my plans are e.g. water parks, best beaches, car hire, scooter hire, bars etc, You get the drift.

Unfortunately if you go to google and type in Los Cristianos car hire, you get Results 1 - 10 of about 216,000, wow that a lot of pages to view.

Fortunately there is a quicker way, let me explain.

Do you ever look at the top of the web page when you are online? If you go to www.google.co.uk and look at the top of the page you will see Google - Mozilla Firefox or whatever browser you are using, the important part is everything before the '-' that would be google.

This is called the page title and web site owners tend to name them after the page content.

So how can this benefit me you ask, well let me tell you.

In the google search box you can use a command intitle: so if you are looking for car hire in Spain you could type intitle:spain car hire in the google search box, this will only bring up pages with Spain car hire in the title cutting down the amount of pages returned.

Well that's the theory in reality you would refine your search much more depending on how many pages came back on the google search results at the top right of the page.

Here is an example; I chose 3 resorts in Tenerife so I could find things close to a resort.

Los Cristianos car hire Results 1 - 10 of about 216,000
intitle:Los Cristianos car hire Results 1 - 10 of about 16,000
intitle:"Los Cristianos car hire" Results 1 - 10 of about 327

Playa de las Americas water Results 1 - 10 of about 412,000
intitle:Playa de las Americas water Results 1 - 10 of about 17,700
intitle:"Playa de las Americas water" Results 1 - 1 of 1

Puerto de la Cruz Beach Results 1 - 10 of about 2,260,000
intitle:Puerto de la Cruz Beach Results 1 - 10 of about 54,100
intitle:"Puerto de la Cruz Beach" Results 1 - 9 of about 11

Santa Cruz de Tenerife sites Results 1 - 10 of about 307,000
intitle:Santa Cruz de Tenerife sites Results 1 - 10 of about 37,400
intitle:"Santa Cruz de Tenerife sites" Results 1 - 3 of 3

If you look I have done 3 searches for each key phrase:
1.This is the key phrase on its own and the amount of google pages returned.
2.Looking for web pages containing all or most of the words in the page title.
3.Looking for web pages that contain all the words.

I'm sure you will agree that in each search the number 3 search will be the best option, you have just cut down the pages you needed to research to 341 pages.

There will be the case from time to time when the number 3 search will display no results, if this happens all you do is remove the quotes so the number 3 search phrase now looks like the number 2 key phrase.

That's how I research my holidays at short notice, I hope you benefit from this guide also.

Creative Birthday Cakes are Easy to Make

The first mistake many bakers make is to overlook where the best ideas come from. If the birthday boy or girl is a child, just spend a few minutes in that child's company. You will have no doubt what this child's special interests are!

If the birthday guest of honor is a teen or an adult, you may have to do some investigative work, unless of course this teen or adult is part of your family or a good friend. Not only children love birthday cakes that depict their passions. Just remember if the cake is for an older child or a teen to stay away from childish decorations.

Creating a birthday cake centered on a theme is a pocketbook friendly way to dazzle everyone with a wonderfully imaginative cake.

Take a beach cake for example, such as the Hawaiian beach cake in our "Cake Decorating Made Easy!" Video Books.
You probably already have all or most of what you'd want to turn a sheet cake into a fun day at the beach.

A little blue food coloring for the icing ocean, some crushed graham crackers mixed with powdered sugar for the beach, and you're off to a great start!

While you'd want to smooth buttercream on the birthday cake first, the blue frosting can be applied in frothy peaks to form the waves. Then you could use some of your left over white icing to add white caps. Or if you'd like a glassy smooth ocean, use blue gel.

Whether your sea is glassy calm or swept with waves, remember to include a curvy shoreline when you apply the blue gel or icing.

Now for the fun part - it's time to decorate the scene! Those miniature cocktail umbrellas at the supermarket make perfect beach umbrellas. Pieces of gum or fruit tape can provide the beach towels or blankets underneath them. Plastic figures from a craft store can bring the beach cake to life with people, dolphins, and palm trees.
Or if you enjoy modeling, whip up a batch of gum paste and go to town - or the beach that is! As you may have gathered, this can be a really fun type of birthday cake to create with kids.

For a super easy, yet brilliant, birthday cake take a cue from professional bakers and use a character or novelty cake mold! You'll find them in all kinds of shapes from cartoon and movie characters to ships and guitars.

And here's another easy birthday cake idea: Since young children love puns, see if you can work one into the birthday message. A Big Bird cake, made simply from a mold, that carries your message: Happy Bird-Day will send the pre-school crowd into fits of giggles over this crafty word play.

Now, it's your turn! Consider the birthday gal or guy's interests, and start brainstorming!

If you prefer a traditional, two layer round cake for your birthday cake, be sure to serve the birthday cake on a cake plate not a dinner plate. This will prevent it from sinking into the plate's depression.

Here's one more birthday cake tip: Consider using a cake design that is usually relegated to weddings: the tier or stacked cake. This will really wow the birthday gal or guy, as well as the guests.

Tier and stacked birthday cakes can be elegant, fancy, whimsical or just plain fun, like a Cat-in-the-Hat or topsy-turvy birthday cake for example. And as always, keep the birthday guest of honor's interests and tastes in mind when designing your creative birthday cake!

Diva Bassey Shimmers at Glastonbury

Who says you have to be young to rock? Almost 200,000 fans at Europe's largest outdoor music festival at Glastonbury found that out first hand when Shirley Bassey hit the Pyramid stage to perform memorable hits like "Goldfinger," Diamonds are Forever" and "Big Spender" live.

As America's Woodstock rival, the Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts (it's name since 1990) has been delighting fans around the country and drawing worldwide attention. This has been going down since Somerset farmer Michael Eavis at Worthy Farm, Pilton - near Glastonbury in Somerset, launched the first concert in 1970.

Shirley Bassey has been an icon in the entertainment industry for four decades, and she is one of the few true remaining legends in the music world. Even those who don't know her name will immediately recognize the distinctive voice that offered those fun-filled theme songs to many popular James Bond films of the 1960s as well as popular tunes such as a remake of Stormy Weather and her exciting rendition of Big Spender.

Recently named one of the top 100 famous people of the 20th century, Bassey and her music offer generations of fans her unique voice and style, no matter what she sings.

Born in 1937 in Tiger Bay, Wales (close to where Catherine Zeta-Jones and Charlotte Church also hail from) Shirley belonged to a large family with six siblings. Her father abandoned the family when Shirley was a baby, and she left school at 15 to begin work in the packing department of a local factory. The following year, she supplemented that income by singing in local clubs in her native Cardiff.

Bassey's singing career took off in 1957 with her rendition of The Banana Boat Song and by 1964 she was blowing away the competition on both sides of the Atlantic. She was tapped to sing the title song to the James Bond film, Goldfinger in 1964, to be followed by several others. Other popular songs that became favorites and topped the charts were No Regrets and I Who Have Nothing. Not only her unique voice, but her penchant for glitzy and glamorous costumes quickly brought a lot of attention to Bassey, who was made a Dame of the British Empire in 1999 by the Queen.

Bassey relocated from London to Monte Carlo, Monaco, where she still resides in a luxurious apartment with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean. Living in one of Monte Carlo's most prestigious neighborhoods, Bassey has had such illustrious neighbors as tennis great Boris Becker and Beatle Ringo Starr.

Bassey is securely ensconced in the warm sunshine and crisp sea breezes that entice visitors from around the world every year and seems content to spend the remainder of her life in the small principality that served as a location for several of the Bond films she sang theme songs for.

In 2005, Shirley decided on a makeover and downsized her existence. As a result, she auctioned off a major portion of her belongings, original paintings and art, furniture and interior designs with Sotheby's.

Though she's been married twice, Shirley Bassey now lives alone, though she is never truly alone, with activities and appearances that continue to keep her busy and in the limelight for her adoring fans around the globe.

A Look At The World of Warcraft Character The Warrior

Warriors can be a raging berserker or an iron-clad juggernaut, capable of withstanding tremendous attacks while protecting their allies from harm. They have a wide variety of attacks that do everything from cripple their enemies, to dealing massive amounts of damage in a single retaliatory blow, and enhancing their allies' fighting ability with battle shouts. They excel at fighting multiple opponents at once, gaining rage from every blow dealt or received to unleash their attacks. Warriors are a versatile class with a variety of play-styles to choose from.

Warriors excel in melee combat and play the role of damage dealer or tank. Rather than relying on mana to power their abilities, warriors use rage which, like a rogue's energy, is limited to 100 points. Rage builds up as the warrior deals or receives damage. Rage decays rapidly when out of combat, although warriors have some abilities that enable them to stay in combat and generate rage.

Warriors have three different 'stances' that they can switch between depending on their situation. 'Battle' stance is the normal, default stance. It reduces threat generation slightly and has no negative effects. 'Defensive' stance increases threat generation and decreases damage taken and dealt. This stance is generally used for tanking. 'Berserker' stance increases critical strike chance, damage taken, and reduces threat generation slightly.

Most warrior attacks and abilities require them to be in a specific stance. Switching stances reduces rage to 0. At level 20, warriors can learn the passive ability, 'Stance Mastery', which allows a maximum amount of 10 rage to stay with them when they change stances. The Protection talent, Tactical Mastery, allows the warrior to retain an additional 15 rage when changing stances, which means that the total possible amount of rage retained is 25.

Warriors, like all other classes, have three talent trees. The 'fury' talent tree increases rage generation and is good for dual wielding. 'Arms' improves burst damage and usage of two-handed weapons. The protection talent tree is the only one of the three that isn't intended for improved damage; instead it increases defensive skills and threat generation.

Here are some examples of their skills:

Whirlwind - An attack spell that sends the caster into a berserk fury, creating a destructive force that damages nearby enemies within a small area of effect.

Defensive Stance - A technique for warding off enemy attacks. When used, this skill increases the character's armor rating for a little while.

Shield Bash - A skill that allows the Warrior to strike enemies with a shield, stunning them for a short period of time.

Warrior Stats:

Races - Human, Dwarf, Gnome, Night Elf, Tauren, Undead, Orc, Troll, Draenei

Weapons - Swords, Two Handed Swords, Axes, Two Handed Axes, Maces, Two Handed Maces, Polearms, Shields, Daggers, Staves, Ranged

Armor Proficiencies - Cloth, Leather, Mail, Plate (at level 40)

Talent Trees - Fury, Arms, Protection

Addiction to Online Games - And How to Cure It

"When players of massive multiplayer online roleplaying games (MMORPGs) talk about ""death penalties"", they refer to the resources they lose when the character they are playing dies. Usually this can be anything from invested time, items they acquired in long play sessions or their virtual currency. Recent games, like World of Warcraft (WoW) avoid that penalty in order to make the game ""more fun"". Unfortunately it's not as easy to remove real casualties that result from those games - from suicides of addicted players to parents who neglect their children to the point they starve while they are playing World of Warcraft.

Not all stories of excessive play end that bad, but the extent of the problem is being underestimated. Those high profile cases are certainly the saddest examples of what can result from excessive play. But in regards to the people who are affected by serious online gaming addiction, they represent only the tip of the iceberg. What goes unnoticed are the thousands of stories of players who get involved in an online game to the point that they seriously neglect or even abandon school, work, friends and families. There are no statistics on the depressions that result from extensive immersion in virtual worlds. There are no statistics showing how many careers have been destroyed this way. There are no statistics showing how many divorces this has caused.

As one of the oldest MMORPGs, Everquest is still very popular with around 450,000 subscribers. A google search for ""everquest addiction"" returns 234,000 results. But it gets worse: Final Fantasy XI currently has 650,000 players and it's still growing fast. Number of results returned for ""final fantasy xi addiction""? 2,140,000. That's 10 pages for every single gamer. While not all of them are directly related to cases of addiction, it certainly shows the importance of the issue. If for every player of a game, ten feel compelled to discuss a possible addiction, it's a phenomenon that has to be taken seriously.

There are also signs in the offline world that this problem is existing and growing. In July 2006, the first detox center for gaming addicts in Europe opens in Amsterdam. More than 20 players have already been enlisted in the 8 weeks program. They range from 13 to 30 years of age, showing that this is not something that only happens to teenagers. In Canada and the US there are already multiple clinics and even in China a facility has opened already.

Families and friends of affected players are often at a loss as to how they can help them. Addicted players will often react disinterested or even aggressive when confronted with their behavior. They become socially isolated, no longer accessible to persons that used to be close to them and tend to loose interest in anything that happens outside of their game worlds. A successful anti-addiction strategy thus has to come from within.

One possible solution was unintentionally described over a hundred years ago: ""There are only two tragedies in life: one is not getting what one wants, and the other is getting it "" Oscar Wilde might have got it dead on for online gamers. Constantly struggling in their virtual world to get better equipment, more money and a higher level and looking for a way to advance faster, online gamers are usually trapped in a vicious cycle. But what happens if those challenges become obsolete? If they simply achieve those goals without effort? What if you can cheat?

Single player games have cheat codes, allowing you to bypass any difficulties of a game with a few ""code words"". Everyone who used a cheat code in a game knows, that from there on the hours of entertainment are numbered. It is simply no longer of interest to invest your time since all achievements have become meaningless. Fortunately for addicted players, this also holds true for online games. Only, there are no cheat codes. What there is though, are unintentional flaws, glitches and bugs in the games. If you know them, you can skip difficult parts, get rewards with ease and cut down on the time investment significantly. Swimming in virtual currency after a few mouse clicks tends to remove the incentive to ever spend hours again, trying to get it.

There are sites that specifically research those loop holes in order to outwit the game companies. Depending on the game someone is addicted to, they can find help. For Everquest, Final Fantasy XI and World of Warcraft exploits are by now freely available through a simple google search. If you want to help someone, compile a list of those sites. Alternatively you can use the resources provided below:

- http://www.strategyfreaks.com/games/dungeons_and_dragons_online/
- http://www.strategyfreaks.com/games/eve_online/
- http://www.strategyfreaks.com/games/everquest_2/
- http://www.strategyfreaks.com/games/final_fantasy_xi/
- http://www.strategyfreaks.com/games/guild_wars/
- http://www.strategyfreaks.com/games/lineage_2/
- http://www.strategyfreaks.com/games/runescape_2/
- http://www.strategyfreaks.com/games/star_wars_galaxies/
- http://www.strategyfreaks.com/games/world_of_warcraft/

Point addicted players to those resources - chances aren't bad that they end up curing themselves. Even if the addict won't stop playing instantly, making the game less attractive for them will help you with your future efforts when you're offering help.

Unorthodox problems ask for unorthodox solutions. If you know somebody who is trapped in a virtual world, why not give it a try?"

A Look At The World of Warcraft Profession Blacksmithing

Blacksmiths take bars of metal from miners and form them into exquisitely forged arms and armor. There are many unusual weapons and other armaments that cannot be found on any of the vendors or monsters in the game, but can only be created by blacksmiths. Blacksmiths can produce weapons, mail armor for paladins or warriors, and trade items.

Blacksmiths can create special sharpening and weight stones that can be used to temporarily improve weapon damage. They can also create several items that are used as components for other profession recipes, such as enchanting. Blacksmiths can also create a few items that are needed for quests. They can put these items in the auction house to produce extra income.

If you plan on being a blacksmith, you should likely already be a miner. Miners gather ore and smelt ore into bars to produce the majority of blacksmithing items. Blacksmith recipes often include jewels, which are found in a variety of places. Typically, most blacksmiths buy or are given rare jewels from other players. Some blacksmithing recipes need leather, which you will need to buy from a skinner.

Blacksmithing is great for paladins or warriors, who can use the skill to create their own equipment. It is also good for producing money by marketing weapons and armor to the classes that can use them.

First you need to locate a blacksmithing trainer. Ask a guard for directions in a major city. Blacksmithing trainers are normally located near a forge or anvil. After you have learned basic blacksmithing, open up your abilities book (hit "p") and look for the "blacksmithing" icon that has been added to your abilities.

Now you need to go buy yourself a "blacksmithing hammer." These are usually sold by a "trade merchant" or other merchants near the blacksmithing trainer. You must have your blacksmithing hammer with you whenever you create an item. Some items don't require you to be near an anvil to create them.

There are hidden trainers throughout the world who can teach you new and special recipes. You can also buy new recipes from other players or find them as drops from monsters. There are special quests specifically for blacksmiths. Blacksmiths can open locks by creating and using skeleton keys. There are blacksmithing recipes available to seasoned blacksmiths via a series of turn-in quests. There are also armorsmithing recipes that are available to master armorsmiths. All three recipes are gained via quest.

Additional blacksmithing recipes can be found in encoded messages found on the members of the twilight's hammer in silithus. Blacksmiths can create resistance gear, especially useful in raids. Blacksmiths can create special rune attachments to shields or armor for bonuses. Blacksmiths can create rods used by enchanters. Blacksmiths can create sharpening stones and weightstones that can be applied to weapons for additional bonuses.

Big Benefits Of Starting Small And Thinking Big In Network Marketing Opportunities

Find Benefits Of Starting Small And Thinking Big In MLM Marketing Opportunities

MLM Marketing opportunities gets us excited. We hear these success stories from top Network Marketing producers. We want to join them, and fast! Though, the majority fail due to seeking to go straight to the gold.

In this article I will tell you the major benefit in starting small, and thinking big in your Network Marketing opportunity.

When I first started in Network Marketing with the current MLM Marketing company I'm with, I had a strong belief. Well 2 beliefs which kind of conflicted.

1.If I can't become successful with Network Marketing, then there is no hope for me.

2.At the end of the day I am an entrepreneur; I set up my own businesses. I love the process.

Out of my conflict, the I must make it with Network Marketing or there is no hope belief took over! This happened due to the great things I can do for others with the Network Marketer which landed in my lap, literally!

So let's get to the point of this article So Kozan, why should I start small in Network Marketing?

I started in Network Marketing, and didn't achieve success. I went through and through thinking big, thinking big. Then realizing my actions even though were big it just didn't fit.

An example is in order.... Get a steak, and try eating it in one go. If you can I commend you! I'm a vegetarian so I will stick with a veggie-burger.

Whether a veggie-burger, stake or whatever it doesn't matter. Even Bill Gates can vouch for eating bite size. Don't believe me, ask him!

So start small take bite size bites in your Network Marketing Company. If you read my article about multiplication and its value in your Network Marketing Company, then you will realise the benefit.

So, you start of looking to build a list of 100 people. You aim to get 1 person first. You aim to make the first call, then 5 calls, then 10. Then go in multiples.

I.E. You have this great Network Marketing Company you are just joining or have joined. You build your 100 list. Then you understand how much energy that required.

Then you go forward to saying now 200 people or if you require one thousand people. Don't eat the stake in one go! Take in bite size; you have to chew it 10 times (100 x 10). You have just achieved your aim, and still have room in your belly!

Consistently taking such actions in all you do, you will never be overwhelmed. You can do it easily.

You will find that you get to the top, while the majority look at the whole stake and think "wow, look at that, if I only had a opportunity like that".

For example most people say they want to become millionaires. My question is when did you start? When will you know you have become a millionaire?

Earning 6 figures starts with the first dollar, the first pound, the first yen, or whatever currency your choosing.

Go for it,

Kozan Huseyin ~ Network Marketing Company Expert, Internet Marketer, Life Coach, Author.
